All you need is your member number, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a touch-tone phone; and you're on your way to inquiring and transacting any time you need account information. Use CARLA to check balances on all accounts, obtain loan payoff information, transfer funds, and inquire about activity on your accounts.
