Core Data Processing System Conversion
Friday, November 5, 2021 – Monday, November 8, 2021
Strategic Federal Credit Union is about to undergo a system wide change that will temporarily affect credit union services. Starting Friday, November 5, 2021 through Monday, November 8, 2021, the Credit Union will be in the process of changing core data processing system providers. This means we will have to turn off all services from one data system provider in order to go-live with the new data system provider. The following services WILL NOT be available: Bill Pay, Home Banking, Mobile Banking, and CARLA (Telephone Teller) services. This disruption WILL NOT affect debit card usage. Call Center support is available starting Monday, November 8 at 8:00 a.m. EST through Friday, November 12 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Please contact the Call Center if you need assistance with Home Banking.

Conversion Checklist
- Strategic FCU will CLOSE at 1:00 p.m. November 1 – 5 for staff training on the new system.
- Strategic FCU will be CLOSED Monday, November 8 for the conversion.
- Home Banking will go offline Friday, November 5 at 4:00 p.m. EDT. Our new Home Banking is scheduled to go online Monday, November 8 at 11:00 a.m. EST. Please login to Home Banking before using the Mobile app. The initial login will be your account number and the last 4 of the primary account holder's social security number.
- Mobile Banking will go offline Friday, November 5 at 4:00 p.m. EDT. Our new Mobile Banking app is scheduled to go online Monday, November 15 at 11:00 a.m. EST. The Mobile app will need to be updated from the app store on or after November 15.
- Bill Pay WILL NOT change and payments will proceed as scheduled. Please schedule your payments before Home Banking goes offline Friday, November 5 at 4:00 p.m. EDT.
- e-Statements WILL NOT be created for October 31, all members will be mailed an October 31 statement.
- Call Center support is available starting Monday, November 8 at 9:00 a.m. EST through Friday, November 12 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
